Welcome party/rehersal dinner that everyone is invited to on Thursday from 7pm-9pm.

The wedding will be Friday night, from 5PM-10PM.

But, getting a taxi at the airport is super easy. They have a taxi stand somewhere between the baggage pickup and the exit doors. The taxi stand has a piece of paper with the standard fares for each of the hotels, so you won't need to negotiate pricing. If I remember correctly, the fare was $60 each way. Paying with USD is the easiest method, so I recommend bringing $100 for each trip just in case.

Hopefully you've already reserved your room, but the relevant info for booking is below.

We recommend arriving Thursday afternoon and leaving Sunday (3/19/26 to 3/22/26). We will be arriving Wednesday afternoon and leaving Sunday, so you're welcome to stay longer if you'd like.

We recommend booking asap, as the rates increase as the event date gets closer. Don't wait for the formal invitation, consider the "save the date" enough info to start making accommodations.

You can also book through typical travel websites such as Expedia, Priceline, Booking etc... But the promotional code will not work. As of today, the prices are slightly cheaper on Hyatt, but the rest of the platforms are all about the same price. Most platforms allow free cancelation for an extended period of time, so book now even if you're unsure.

We do understand that a destination wedding does add a cost burden on you as our guest, and we understand if you can't make it. But, we can promise that it will be worth it.
